    What's the schedule?

    Wednesday night: welcome happy hour and an optional warehouse tour of Goodhart Coffee (pre-registration required, open to all attendees). Thursday: keynotes and panels in the morning, tactical workshops in the afternoon, happy hour in the evening. Friday: optional group adventure — hike or social gathering. Details coming soon.

    What's included?

    Included on event day: Coffee, breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, and happy hour.

    Not included: Airfare, hotel, lodging, and dinner on Thursday.

    What's the refund policy?

    Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. Can't make it? You can transfer your ticket to another operator.

    What is the price?

    Tickets start at $197 for Founding Members and increase as each tier sells out — $297, $397, and $497 for general admission. We're capped at 100 tickets total, and each pricing tier has limited spots, so the earlier you grab yours the better the deal. Most operators will tell you that one new booking pays for the ticket. Between the connections, the playbooks, and the strategies you'll leave with, this should be one of the highest-ROI days of your 2026.

    Where should I stay?

    We'll send hotel recommendations closer to the event. The venue is in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver.

    Is this for new operators or experienced ones?

    This is for operators who have something working—a business with bookings and revenue—and want to scale it. If you haven't launched yet, focus on that first.

    Can I bring a business partner?

    Yes. Each person needs their own ticket.
